HRS ECO/EVO
HRS series roller coaters have been developed to dispense conventional, reactive (Pur) and warm-melt hot melt resins for a wide variety of applications.
The robustness and simplicity of these machines make them extremely versatile, both in terms of various types of production and for all maintenance operations.
It is possible, depending on the type of machine, to work with widths between 200mm and 2200mm, with coating on one side only or on both surfaces of the material used.
There are two versions of the roller coaters: the ECO, a coating machine with manual adjustments, and the EVO, a fully automatic coating machine.
Upon request, the industrial gluing machine, can be mounted on wheels and rails to facilitate its removal from the working line. the movement of the machine is by means of manually operated motor. The system is complete with wheel locking, height adjustment and alignment.
