MAXIMA 10 NL
MAXIMA NL series tank melters are designed for melting and dosing any type of Hot Melt in granules, blocks or cakes (EVA, APAO, PSA, rubber base or polyamides).
The casting tanks of MAXIMA NL machines are made with our machining centers using a special aluminum alloy characterized by excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
A special Teflon-based nonstick coating ensures easy maintenance and cleaning of the tank itself. MAXIMA NL series tank melters ensure high thermal efficiency and limited energy consumption due to the geometry of the dissipating fins designed to have high melting capacity and smooth glue flow, with no dead spots, to the gear pump.
A newly developed microprocessor manages all system operations, individually controlling the temperatures of each section and each individual heating channel.
