A new generation of two-component sealant dispensing equipment suitable for particularly intensive and precise productions.
Resins with medium to low viscosity are dispensed by gear pumps mounted directly under the plant’s holding tanks.
The precision of the coupling between gear pumps and the various components, combined with the accuracy of the brushless motors, ensures high dispensing accuracy and allows the amount of adhesive dispensed by the two-component dispensing system to be calculated with maximum precision.
In addition, with the help of proprietary software, it is able to override system tolerances
Mixing heads
Hoses suitable for higher pressures, with Teflon inner and double steel braided outer, are used on Tecnomix series systems.
They can also be thermostated to optimize product viscosity at different ambient temperatures. Static mixing heads in the Gunmix series can have separate handling for dosing component A and component B.
It is also possible to dose different two-component adhesives with a mixing ratio ranging from 1:1 to 10:1.
The 2k metering system was developed to prevent dripping phenomena of the two components. In some cases, where dynamic mixing is required, the Tecnomix EVO proportioner will be equipped with the Gunmix D model head.
